I started in this industry over two decades ago, originally as a means to support my children as a single father, while I pursued my culinary degree. And although I still love and greatly take pride in my cooking, I realized that I absolutely loved what I was already doing for so many years with the AV & IT industry and decided to dig deep, start a shop of my own and treat my clients like I always have, like family.
